Ocular damage after blunt trauma to the eye

چکیده
Blunt injury to the eye results in a spectrum ofdamage to the intraocular structures. Many retrospective but few prospective studies have been performed on selected aspects of ocular damage after blunt injury. This review has been conducted on a prospective basis, and the total ocular damage and subsequent complications have been studied, particularly in relation to the site and nature of the injury, to see if any correlation could be found.
